The Regional Committee shall review options for managing loads in influent wastewater flows, including but not limited to, assessing the increase in loadings that result from extensive Inflow/Infiltration reductions in sewer collection system, use of garbage disposals, and potential Pretreatment requirements for commercial, household or other activities.

These systems will automatically control your heat pump and water heater, sometimes turning them off completely. If you have this system, and you notice that your heat pump or water heater are not working, check first to be sure that the power company has not turned them off temporarily in order to save power. If we send a service person out to repair these items when they were off because of a load management system, you will be responsible for the bill for the service call.
LOAD MANAGEMENT. 7.1 Distributor may control load: Subject to clause 6.3, if the Distributor provides a Price Category or Tariff Option or enters into any other arrangement that provides a non- continuous level of service by allowing the Distributor to control part of, or all of, the Consumer’s load (a "Controlled Load Option") through the Distributor’s load control equipment as part of Metering Equipment, and the Consumer elects to take up the Retailer’s corresponding price option (or other consideration) that incorporates the Controlled Load Option, the Distributor may control the relevant part of the Consumer’s load in accordance with this clause 7 and schedule 7, and the Retailer will not enter into any arrangement with the Consumer or any third party in relation to (either directly or indirectly) the control of such load.
