LOAD MANAGEMENT. 5.1 Distributor may control load: Subject to clause 5.3, the Distributor may control part or all of the Customer’s load (as the case may be) in accordance with this clause 5, Schedule 1, and Schedule 8 if:
(a) the Distributor provides a Price Category or Price Option that allows for a non- continuous level of service in respect of part or all of the Customer’s load (a “Controlled Load Option”), and charges the Trader on the basis of the Controlled Load Option in respect of the Customer; or
(b) the Distributor provides any other service in respect of part or all of the Customer’s load advised by the Distributor to the Trader from time to time (an “Other Load Control Option”) with respect to the Customer (who elects to take up the Other Load Control Option).
LOAD MANAGEMENT. 6.1 Distributor may control load: Subject to clause 5.3, if the Distributor provides a Price Category or Tariff Option that provides a non-continuous level of service by allowing the Distributor to control part of, or all of, the Consumer’s load (a "Controlled Load Option"), and the Consumer elects to take up the Retailer’s corresponding price option that incorporates the Controlled Load Option, the Distributor may control the relevant part of the Consumer’s load in accordance with this clause 6 and schedule 8.

LOAD MANAGEMENT. Transco/Discom may ask the Seller to temporarily curtail or stop supply of electricity when necessary on account of the following circumstances:
a) Inspection/ repairs/ maintenance/ to its Transmission/ Distribution network and associated equipments;
b) Safety of equipments of the Transco/Discom; and
c) Force Majeure conditions. No compensation, whatsoever shall be payable by the MPPMCL /Transco/Discom in this regard.
LOAD MANAGEMENT. 1. The Regional Committee shall review options for managing loads in influent wastewater flows, including but not limited to, assessing the increase in loadings that result from extensive Inflow/Infiltration reductions in sewer collection system, use of garbage disposals, and potential Pretreatment requirements for commercial, household or other activities.
2. Based on the results of such studies, the Regional Committee may make recommendations to the Leadership Committee regarding any potential changes to the Flow Management responsibilities, Pretreatment obligations, and any other obligations of the Parties.
LOAD MANAGEMENT. Load management switching equipment and any other demand side management of individual EMCs will not be an OPC Resource, but will remain the property of such EMCs which may use, or direct OPC on such EMC's behalf to coordinate the use of such load management switching equipment or other demand side management as it shall determine from time to time. ** Material has been omitted pursuant to a request to the Commission for confidential treatment and has been filed separately with the Commission.
LOAD MANAGEMENT. To minimize supply risk to the Seller hereunder, Buyer agrees to enforce its applicable Retail Tariffs, Special Contracts, and federal tariffs and contracts, including, but not limited to, those tariffs or contracts that provide for curtailment or interruption of electric service, real time pricing, or other load management devices. At Buyer’s request, Seller will provide estimates of the Spot Market price of Energy in sufficient detail for Buyer to implement and administer its tariffs and contracts with retail customers. Any such data furnished to Buyer shall be treated as Confidential Information.
LOAD MANAGEMENT. The MP TRADECO/TRANSCO/DISCOM shall ensure to evacuate all electricity offered by the Company as per this agreement. However, MP TRADECO/ TRANSCO/ DISCOM may ask the Company to temporarily curtail or stop its electricity generation when necessary on account of: -
(a) Inspection/repair/maintenance to its transmission/distribution network and associated equipments.
(b) Safety of equipments of the Distribution Licensee, and
(c) Force-Majeure conditions
LOAD MANAGEMENT. 6.1 Distributor may control load: Subject to clause 5.3, if the Distributor provides a Price Category or Tariff Option or enters into any other arrangement that provides a non-continuous level of service by allowing the Distributor to control part of, or all of, the Consumer’s load (a "Controlled Load Option") through the Distributor’s load control equipment as part of Metering Equipment,, and the Consumer elects to take up the Retailer’s corresponding price option (or other consideration) that incorporates the Controlled Load Option, the Distributor may control the relevant part of the Consumer’s load in accordance with this clause 6 and schedule 8, and the Retailer shall not enter into any arrangement with the Consumer or any third party in relation to (either directly or indirectly) the control of such load..
LOAD MANAGEMENT.
