CONTROL OF THE WORK. The 9.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Contractor shall have total control of the Work and shall effectively direct and supervise the Work so as to ensure conformity with the Contract Documents, provided that the Contractor shall coordinate the performance of the Work with the Owner so as to ensure minimal disruption to any Other Contractors. 9.2 The Contractor shall be solely responsible for construction means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures and for coordinating the various parts of the Work under the Contract.
