SCOPE OF THE WORK. The Artist must furnish all of the materials and perform all of the work for the Transformer Cabinet Mural Project as shown on the drawings and described in the specifications attached as Exhibit “A” and incorporated by reference into this Agreement (the “Project”). The Project consists in general terms of the design, construction, signage and installation of a painted mural on one transformer cabinet. The Artist’s work must be of high quality, in compliance with generally accepted standards of workmanship, and in conformity with this Agreement.
