Common use of Controlled Information Clause in Contracts

The parties understand that information and materials provided pursuant to or resulting from this Contract may be export controlled, classified, or unclassified sensitive and protected by law, executive order or regulation. Each party is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Nothing in this Contract shall be construed to permit any disclosure in violation of those restrictions.
