Controlling Provisions. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the terms and conditions set forth in the main body of this Agreement and the Services Attachment, the provisions of the Services Attachment shall control with respect to the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the Services. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Distribution Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall control solely with respect to the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the Services.
