Relationship to Other Documents. The warranties, covenants and other obligations of the Borrower (and the rights and remedies of the Bank) that are outlined in this Agreement and the other Loan Documents are intended to supplement each other. In the event of any inconsistencies in any of the terms in the Loan Documents, all terms will be cumulative so as to give the Bank the most favorable rights set forth in the conflicting documents, except that if there is a direct conflict between any preprinted terms and specifically negotiated terms (whether included in an addendum or otherwise), the specifically negotiated terms will control.
Relationship to Other Documents. The warranties, representations, covenants and duties of Pledgor (and the rights and remedies of the Secured Party) that are outlined in this Agreement, the Note and the Loan Agreement, are intended to supplement each other. In the event of any inconsistencies between the terms in the Note, the Loan Agreement and this Agreement, all such inconsistencies will be construed so as to give the Secured Party the most favorable rights. Furthermore, Pledgor and the Secured Party waive any presumption or rule requiring construction of this Agreement against the drafter.

This Agreement is intended to be interpreted in conjunction with the NES, the Award, and the terms of QIRC Order (No. B585 of 2003) Apprentices’ and Trainees’ Wages and Conditions (Excluding certain Queensland Government entities) 2003 and QIRC Order (No. B1849 of 1997) Supply of tools to apprentices. Where this Agreement is silent, the terms of the above documents, as amended from time to time, apply. Where there is conflict between a term of this Agreement and a term of any other document(s) or instrument(s) mentioned in this clause, or a conflict between two or more terms of this Agreement, the higher wage outcome, or other outcome more favourable to the Employee, applies.
Relationship to Other Documents. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Separation Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall control solely with respect to the rights and obligations of the Parties set forth herein.

Relationship to Other Documents. In 2004, the City developed the Programmatic Source Control Remedial Investigation Work Plan for the City of Portland Outfalls Project (Programmatic WP) (CH2M Hill, 2004), which included a structured, weight-of-evidence evaluation of City outfall basins that discharge stormwater to the initial study area (ISA) designated for the Portland Harbor Superfund Site to prioritize each basin for source investigation. Since that time, several technical memoranda and reports have been submitted to DEQ under the IGA that document the City’s investigations of its stormwater conveyance systems. Information in these documents and this report will support the development of the City’s outfall basin RI/SCM reports, required under the IGA. The process employed by DEQ and the City to evaluate and control sources to City outfall basins is depicted conceptually in Figure 1-1. The RI/SCM reports will integrate City basin investigation findings, upland site stormwater pathway evaluations conducted under DEQ oversight, and other pertinent data to summarize how sources have been identified and controlled through the respective authorities of DEQ and the City. The Basin RI/SCM process will be informed by the inriver remedial investigation, risk assessment (RA), and feasibility study (FS) being completed by the LWG. Additional source control may be required in some basins before sediment cleanup occurs, if inriver FS or Remedial Design evaluations identify a potential for recontamination. Therefore, a Basin RI/SCM report is also intended to provide sufficient information to guide further source reduction efforts by the City and DEQ, if needed.

Relationship to Other Documents. Details of specific services ordered by you to be provided over our Network (the “Services”), including your specific requirements for each Service, will be set out in our standard ordering document(s) for each specific Service.. (“Order Forms signed on echosign”). Completed Order Forms will be binding only when executed by both of us by signing electronically with Echosign. Additional capacity or locations for a Service previously ordered will be ordered by you using an additional Order Form. A service description and (if applicable to the specific Service), a service level agreement (together the "SLA") for each specific Service shall apply when that Service is ordered by you. The Service description for the initial Services being ordered by you are set out in the proposal.
