Controlling Provisions. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Article III and any other provision in this Agreement with regard to the right to use the Shared Real Property specified in this Article III, the terms of this Article III shall control. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms set forth on Schedule F attached hereto, the terms of Schedule F shall control.
