Primary system will be a Permissive Over-Reaching Transfer Trip (“POTT”) communication scheme with multi-function line protection relay and audio-tone communication system, including telephone circuit. Alternate system will be a directional comparison un-blocking (“DCUB”) communication system with multi-function line protection relay and power line carrier system.
