Right to Examine Company Records The Purchaser, or its designee, shall have the right to examine and audit any and all of the books, records, or other information of the Company, whether held by the Company or by another on its behalf, with respect to or concerning this Agreement or the Mortgage Loans, during business hours or at such other times as may be reasonable under applicable circumstances, upon reasonable advance notice. The Purchaser shall pay its own expenses associated with such examination.
Loop A transmission path that extends from a Main Distribution Frame or functionally comparable piece of equipment in a Customer's serving End Office, to the Rate Demarcation Point (or NID if installed at the Rate Demarcation Point) in or at the Customer's premises. The actual transmission facilities used to provide a Loop may utilize any of several technologies.

CLEC to CLEC Conversions for Unbundled Loops 2.1.10.1 The CLEC to CLEC conversion process for unbundled Loops may be used by Lightyear when converting an existing unbundled Loop from another CLEC for the same end user. The Loop type being converted must be included in Lightyear’s Interconnection Agreement before requesting a conversion. 2.1.10.2 To utilize the CLEC to CLEC conversion process, the Loop being converted must be the same Loop type with no requested changes to the Loop, must serve the same end user location from the same serving wire center, and must not require an outside dispatch to provision. 2.1.10.3 The Loops converted to Lightyear pursuant to the CLEC to CLEC conversion process shall be provisioned in the same manner and with the same functionality and options as described in this Attachment for the specific Loop type. DNS name server availability Refers to the ability of a public-‐DNS registered “IP address” of a particular name server listed as authoritative for a domain name, to answer DNS queries from an Internet user. All the public DNS-‐registered “IP address” of all name servers of the domain name being monitored shall be tested individually. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes get undefined/unanswered results from “DNS tests” to a name server “IP address” during a given time, the name server “IP address” will be considered unavailable.
