Common use of Converged Ethernet Access Clause in Contracts

Converged Ethernet Access. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from $563 to $6,753 for Converged Ethernet Access for speeds ranging from 10M to 100M between 2 city locations mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.

Pricing includes but is not limited to 2 existing Circuit IDs mutually agreeable by Company and Customer.

The bandwidth ranges from 1Mbps to 1000Mbps.

Converged Ethernet Access. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from $563 924 to $6,753 56,230 and a non-recurring charge of $1,800 for Converged Ethernet Access for speeds ranging from 10M to 100M between 2 city locations mutually agreed upon by the Customer 100 Mbps and the Company1,000 Mbps bandwidths based on rate bands and term of service commitment.
