Conversion of Annual or Monthly Rates to Semimonthly or Bi-Weekly. 263. When rates of compensation provided on an annual or monthly basis are converted to bi-weekly rates for payroll purposes and the resulting amount involves a fraction of a cent, the converted bi-weekly rate shall be adjusted to eliminate such fraction of a cent on the following basis:

  • Increment Date for Salary Grid Placement Upon achieving one (1) year of experience, an increment shall be awarded on the first of the month following the month in which the experience accumulation is earned.
