Rates of Compensation. Effective October 1, 2005, a new base step will be added to each level of each pay range which shall be the current base step minus the difference between the current base step and the first step. In the event that the creation of such a new base step results in an employee employed in this bargaining unit on January 1, 2005 being placed at a lower pay rate upon promotion than they would have received under the pay range structure in place on September 30, 2005, the Employer will utilize provisions of Civil Service Regulation 5.01 Section 3.d.3.a (3) to grant an additional step.

Rates of Compensation. For the services identified above, GEID, on behalf of the Company and the Funds, agrees to pay Product Distributor compensation at the following annual rates: (i) The amount of compensation paid by GEID to Product Distributor in any fiscal year of the Company for both Sales Services and Investor Services shall not exceed 0.25% of the average daily net assets of a Fund attributable to Class 3 Shares supporting Contracts or Policies owned by customers of Product Distributor or Selling Broker-Dealers; provided, however, that the amount of any such compensation paid by GEID to Product Distributor in any fiscal year for the Personal Services component of Investor Services shall not exceed 0.25% of the average daily net assets of a Fund attributable to Class 3 Shares supporting Contracts or Policies owned by customers of Product Distributor or Selling Broker-Dealers. (ii) GEID and Product Distributor agree that, notwithstanding the foregoing, GEID shall adjust such compensation whenever necessary to ensure that no payment is made by the Company on behalf of Shares of a Fund in excess of the applicable limits on: (A) sales charges under FINRA Conduct Rule 2830(d)(3); or (B) service fees under FINRA Conduct Rule 2830(d)(5).

Rates of Compensation. Agent shall receive compensation for selling Xxxx Benefits Affiliate Services and Xxxx Benefits Employer Services in accordance with Exhibit B attached to this Agreement. Note that Exhibit B may be changed at any time by Xxxx Benefits and that Xxxx Benefits will use its best efforts to notify Agent of proposed pricing and compensation changes as far in advance as possible.
Rates of Compensation. (a) Except as provided in this article, Employees who are required by their Employer and according to Section 4 of this article, to work in excess of eight (8) hours in any day or forty (40) regular hours in any week shall be compensated for such excess hours either with pay at the rate of one and one-half (1 ½) times their current Basic Hourly Rate or with compensatory time off at the rate of one and one-half (1 ½) hours for each excess hour worked as provided in Section 2 of this article. (b) Employees whose normal work week is thirty-seven and one-half (37 ½) hours, when required by their Employer and according to Section 5 of this article, to work in excess of their normal work week or work day, but not in excess of forty (40) regular hours in any week or eight (8) hours in any day, shall, for such excess hours either receive pay at their current Basic Hourly Rate or be granted compensatory time off at the rate of one (1) hour for each hour worked according to Section 2 of this article. (c) Overtime shall be computed to the nearest fifteen (15) minutes.
