Common use of Conversion to Regular Status Clause in Contracts

Conversion to Regular Status. Where an employee has been employed in an OPSEU bargaining unit position by CAMH on a continuous basis with no break in service in a contract position for a period of forty-eight (48) months the employee’s status shall change to that of a regular employee, full-time or part-time as appropriate, with the classification that the employee currently holds.
