First Aid Premium. First Aid Premiums shall apply when an employee is assigned by the Employer to be a First Aid Attendant on a job site and shall be paid as follows: Level II - $1.00 per hour. Level III - $2.00 per hour.
First Aid Premium. Employees required to hold an Industrial First Aid ticket will be paid the following premiums: • "A" Ticket: $120 per month • "B" Ticket: $100 per month • "C" Ticket: $80 per month
First Aid Premium. (a) The "First-Aid Regulations" of the Workers’ Compensation Act require Occupational First Aid attendants at certain work locations.
First Aid Premium. Employees who are required by the Society to perform first aid duties in addition to their normal duties and who hold a valid Workers' Compensation Board Occupational Health and Safety First Aid Certificate shall be paid a premium in accordance with the certificate required by the Society as follows: OFA Level I $ 60.00 per month 40¢ per hour OFA Level II $ 76.00 per month 55¢ per hour The Society will pay course fees for the OFA Level I and/or II course and recertification for employees who are required to have such certification and time off with pay to attend training.
First Aid Premium. The Company will determine the number of first-aid attendants required, and will post any vacancies, specifying shift required. The posting will be filled by the senior qualified applicant. First Aid Attendant shall be paid the following: Level 1: $.50/hour Level 2: $1.00/hour (Effective August 1, 2011)
First Aid Premium. Employees who are required by the Employer to perform first aid duties in addition to their normal duties and who hold a valid Workers’ Compensation Board Occupational Health and Safety First Aid Certificate shall be paid a premium in accordance with the certificate required by the Employer as follows: OFA Level II Eighty cents ($0.80) per hour on all hours worked OFA Level III Ninety-five cents ($0.95) per hour on all hours worked The Employer will pay course fees for the OFA Level II and/or Level III course for Employees who are required to have such certification.
First Aid Premium. In the event that an Industrial First Aid Attendant is required by the Company or Worksafe BC legislation, the Company shall post for this position. The successful applicant shall be paid a premium of $1.00 per hour while on duty as the First Aid Attendant. The Company will provide a maximum of ten (10) days paid leave per year to maintain or upgrade the Attendant's First Aid Certificate.
First Aid Premium. A premium of $1.50 per hour will be paid to all Certified Level 2 First Aid Attendants, for all hours worked.
First Aid Premium. In accordance with the requirements of Worksafe BC, the Employer will ensure that properly trained first aid personnel and adequate equipment and supplies are available. The Employer will encourage designated employees to qualify for First Aid Certificates, will pay for their required training and will provide a pay allowance to such employees for holding valid Certificates as per (i) below. When authorized, non-designated employees, who achieve valid certificates, will be provided with a lesser pay allowance.
(i) Designated Employees (Acting as Industrial First Aid Attendants, or their Back-up, under Worksafe BC Regulations or as specified by the Employer). (ii) Non-Designated Employees authorized to receive First Aid Allowances Pay Allowance in Addition to Basic Rate Wage Employees Salaried Employees Level 1/2 years $0.21 per hour $34.24 per month Level 2/2 years 0.24 per hour 39.13 per month The above rates will be increased to be consistent with Company policy in other areas of the Employer’s operations whenever such increase occurs.
First Aid Premium. A holder of a valid Level III First Aid Certificate shall receive a premium of $0.50 per hour worked. The Company will pay for any full time employee’s recertification.
