Convevance. In the event of the resignation or removal of a Trustee or his otherwise ceasing to be a Trustee, such former Trustee or his legal representative shall, upon request of the continuing Trustees, execute and deliver such documents as may be required for the purpose of consummating or evidencing the conveyance to the Trust or the remaining Trustees of any Trust Property held in such former Trustee's name, but the execution and delivery of such documents shall not be requisite to the vesting of title to the Trust Property in the remaining Trustees, as provided in subsection (g) of this Section 4.1 and in Section 4.13 hereof.

Convevance. If the Purchase Option is exercised by Lessee in accordance with the terms hereof, the Leased Property shall be conveyed by a good and sufficient deed with covenants only against acts of Lessor (the "Deed") running to Lessee or to such grantee as Lessee may designate by notice to Lessor at least seven (7) days before the Time of Closing.
