Common use of Conveyance Tax; General Excise Tax Clause in Contracts

Conveyance Tax; General Excise Tax. Tenant shall, pursuant to paragraph 6 of Section III. of the Lease, be responsible for the payment of any conveyance tax imposed by the State of Hawaii with respect to the Additional Premises provided for herein and shall also be responsible for the Hawaii general excise tax and all other similar gross receipts taxes payable under said paragraph 6.
