Concrete Walls. Provide a rate to furnish all material, labor, and equipment to demolish and dispose of designated concrete walls including footer if applicable. This rate is to include all costs for use of WET demolition. It is estimated that this service shall be required for 2,000 square feet annually.

EXHIBIT "C" RULES AND REGULATIONS RULES AND REGULATIONS: These rules and regulations have been adopted for --------------------- the purpose of insuring order and safety on the Property and to maintain the rights of Tenant and Landlord. Landlord reserves the right to modify, supplement or rescind any of these rules for the safety, care and cleanliness of the Property and for the preservation of good order therein. Landlord may waive any one (1) or more of these rules and regulations for the benefit of any particular Tenant or tenants, but no such waiver by Landlord shall be construed as a waiver of such rules and regulations in favor of any other Tenant or tenants, nor prevent Landlord from thereafter enforcing any such rules and regulations against any or all of the tenants of the Property. Each tenant shall be liable for injury or damage caused by the infraction of any of these rules by it, its employees, agents or invitees, and Landlord may repair such damage, charging the cost of the same to such tenant, which amount shall be added to rent due for the ensuing month. These rules and regulations are in addition to, and shall not be construed to in any way modify or amend, in whole or in part, these terms, covenants, agreements and conditions of any lease of premises on the Property. Access: Office areas will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. weekdays and ------ 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturdays. On Sundays, holidays and after regular open hours, access to the office areas without proper and acceptable identification may be refused.
Concrete Walls. 1) Concrete foundation walls will be provided around the building perimeter. All exposed walls have grout rubbed finish.
2) Perimeter foundation walls and dock walls to have rigid insulation.
3) One dock pit is included. An additional Dock pit will be. part of Tenant Improvement costs,

All concrete to reach specified strength per Approved Plans and specifications All formwork to be cast metal form finish (walls shall be free of voids and honeycombs) No wet curing and or sealing included.
