Mass Rock Mass rock is defined as any material that cannot be ripped with a single- tooth hydraulic ripper drawn by a crawler tractor having a minimum draw bar pull rated at not less than 56,000 pounds (Caterpillar D-8K or equivalent) and occupies an original volume of at least one cubic yard.
MARKETABLE TITLE Upon payment of the purchase price, a Deed for the property shall be executed by the Seller and shall convey the property to the Buyer. Title to the property shall be good and marketable, free of liens, encumbrances, subject to all applicable ground rent, covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, rights of way, laws, ordinances, regulations, charges, taxes and assessments, rights of others in party walls of the Property, and any other matters of record. The buyer has the right to choose his own settlement agent or attorney to conduct settlement. Loop concentration systems in the central office concentrate the signals transmitted over local loops onto a digital loop carrier system. The concentration device is placed inside a BellSouth central office. BellSouth will offer ULC with a TR008 interface or a TR303 interface.
Per-pupil Funding The School's non-facility general fund per-pupil funding shall be as defined in Sec. 302D-28, HRS. The Commission shall distribute the School's per-pupil allocation each fiscal year pursuant to Sec. 302D-28(f), HRS, and shall provide the School with the calculations used to determine the per-pupil amount each year. All funds distributed to the School from the Commission shall be used solely for the School's educational purposes as appropriated by the Legislature, and the School shall have discretion to determine how such funding shall be allocated at the school level to serve those purposes subject to applicable laws and this Contract.
Sub-Loop In locations where SBC-AMERITECH has deployed: (1) Digital Loop Carrier systems and an uninterrupted copper loop is replaced with a fiber segment or shared copper in the distribution section of the loop; (2) Digital Added Main Line (“DAML”) technology to derive multiple voice-grade POTS circuits from a single copper pair; or (3) entirely fiber optic facilities to the end user, SBC-AMERITECH will make the following options available to CLEC:
