Conviction of Criminal Offenses. Contractor employees who are convicted of the below listed criminal offenses will be barred from further access to the Project site; (1) Drugs: Possession, dealing, cultivation, distribution, selling, or using, (2) Violence: Assault, battery, rape, use of a weapon in the commission of a crime, or other similar violent offenses (3)
