Pre-Employment Requirements. The Contractor shall provide to the Owner or its designee, within forty-eight (48) hours of the time an employee reports to work on the Project site, proof of operator’s certification and licensing as required by law for all its workers who operate at any time, on or off the Project site, any motorized vehicle and/or specialized equipment pursuant to this Contract.
Pre-Employment Requirements. A pre-employment screening physical exam, including testing for illegal drugs, (including marijuana, which is illegal under federal law under all circumstances), is a standard requirement for all new employees of HOSPITAL. PROFESSIONAL will be required to undergo this screening and shall be subject to other pre-employment requirements as may be required by HOSPITAL including but not limited to those set forth on Exhibit A.
Pre-Employment Requirements. Resident understand and acknowledge that this Agreement and Program participation is contingent upon meeting pre-employment requirements established by state and federal laws, and requirements established by Hospital prior to the Start Date, including but not limited to all of the below. These are ongoing obligations. Failure to continue to adhere to all of these obligations throughout the appointment will be cause for immediate termination by the Hospital without any right to due process:
i. Documentation of eligibility for employment, including work and training visa status, if applicable;
ii. Documentation of Resident’s receipt of all immunizations or signed declinations required under Hospital policy;
iii. Passing laboratory screening test for abuse of controlled substances;
iv. Passing criminal background check;
v. Documentation of occupational health screening;
vi. Obtaining and maintaining a valid, unrestricted medical license in the State where Hospital is located; and
vii. Proof of graduation from an accredited medical or osteopathic school, in accordance with the eligibility requirements set out in the GME Resident Manual, which is hereby incorporated into this agreement by reference.
Pre-Employment Requirements. 1. Each xxxxxx agrees to serve his employer and the fishing vessel owner competently and undertakes that he possesses, and will exercise, the skills and certificates required for the rank or function he shall serve in.
2. Without prejudice to the previous paragraph, the fishing vessel owner is entitled to require that any xxxxxx to be employed shall have at least:
a. a pre-employment medical examination, at the employer=s expense, by a medical practitioner duly appointed or recognized by the Dutch Administration; and
b. received a pre-employment basic safety training for all fishing vessel personnel which is approved or recognized by the Dutch Administration,
3. No fees or other charges for recruitment, placement or posting shall be borne by the xxxxxx either directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, including any travel and/or subsistence expenses incurred for the purpose of joining the assigned vessel outside the country of residence of the xxxxxx.
Pre-Employment Requirements. In accordance with Quiksilver’s policies and state and federal law, this Agreement (and offer of employment) is contingent upon your successful completion of all requirements to establish the legal right to work in the United States. Quiksilver will incur all legal fees necessary to establish your residency and the residency of your spouse and children, while you work in the United States.

Pre-Employment Requirements. The Contractor will comply with all pre- employment requirements. The Contractor will be responsible for complying with all federal and state laws, rules and regulations relating to employment of temporary agency workers providing services to the City. The Contractor will verify the eligibility of all temporary agency workers to work lawfully in the United States, as a temporary agency worker for the City, and in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws, including those relating to the employment of aliens (e.g. 8 C.F.R. § 274a.2.). The Contractor will comply with all Federal Immigration laws and regulations that relate to the immigration status of their employees and the requirement to use E-Verify set forth in ARS §23-214(A).

Proof of graduation by delivery of diploma from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school or an accredited podiatric school to Program, in accordance with the eligibility requirements set out in the GME Resident Manual, which is hereby incorporated into this agreement by reference.
