The Cooperation and Standards clause establishes the obligation for parties to work together and adhere to agreed-upon benchmarks or industry norms throughout their relationship. Cooperation and Standards. With respect to any and all scheduling requirements hereunder, (a) Seller shall cooperate with PacifiCorp with respect to scheduling Net Output, and (b) each Party shall designate authorized representatives to communicate with regard to scheduling and related matters arising hereunder.
