Common use of Cooperation and Standards Clause in Contracts

Cooperation and Standards. To the extent that scheduling is required now or in the future, (a) Seller will reasonably cooperate with PacifiCorp with respect to the scheduling of Net Output, and (b) each Party shall designate authorized representatives to communicate with regard to scheduling and related matters arising under this Agreement. Each Party shall comply with the applicable standards and criteria of FERC, NERC, and or any regional or subregional reliability council.
