Telemetering. Seller shall provide telemetering equipment and facilities capable of transmitting the following information concerning the Facility pursuant to the Interconnection Agreement and to Buyer on a real-time basis and will operate such equipment when requested by Buyer to indicate:
6.8.1.1 instantaneous MW output at the Electricity Delivery Point;
6.8.1.2 Net Energy; and
Telemetering. Service shall be provided through a Company owned and maintained meter with N telemetering or other automated meter reading capabilities installed. Customer shall provide, install and maintain a weatherproof phone service and electrical service outlet with appropriate grounding for telemetering equipment. If the Customer fails to provide phone and/or electrical service that meets Company requirements, then the Customer will be required to manually collect meter readings as described above in Paragraph 6.1. If Customer fails to provide the specified equipment and meter readings, then the Company may charge the Customer for its elevated actions to acquire the meter data as described in this class’s tariff in Section 5. N Section No. 7 4th Revised Sheet No. 16
Telemetering. Seller shall during the Term provide telemetering equipment and facilities capable of transmitting the following information concerning the Facility pursuant to the Generation Interconnection Agreement and to PacifiCorp on a real-time basis, and will operate such equipment when requested by PacifiCorp to indicate:
(a) instantaneous MW output at the Point of Delivery;
(b) Net Output; and
(c) the Facility's total instantaneous generation capacity. Seller shall also transmit or cause to be transmitted to or make accessible to PacifiCorp any other data from the Facility that Seller receives on a real time basis, including meteorological data, solar exposure data and Net Output data. Such real time data shall be provided to or be made accessible to PacifiCorp on the same basis on which Seller receives the data (e.g., if Seller receives the data in four second intervals, PacifiCorp shall also receive the data in four second intervals). PacifiCorp acknowledges and agrees that real time data feed are subject to missing or corrupted data points and shall not be used as the sole basis for determining lost Net Output.
(a) instantaneous MW output at the Point of Delivery;
(b) Net Output; and
(c) the Facility’s total instantaneous generation capacity. Commencing on the date of initial deliveries under this Agreement, Seller must also transmit or otherwise make accessible to PacifiCorp any other data from the Facility that Seller receives on a real time basis, including Net Output data. Such real time data must be made available to PacifiCorp on the same basis as Seller receives the data (e.g., if Seller receives the data in four second intervals, PacifiCorp must also receive the data in four second intervals). If Seller uses a web-based performance monitoring system for the Facility, Seller must provide PacifiCorp access to Seller’s web-based performance monitoring system.
Telemetering. Service shall be provided through a Company owned and maintained meter with DN telemetering or other automated meter reading capabilities installed. Customer shall provide, install and N maintain a weatherproof phone service and electrical service outlet with appropriate grounding for Company’s telemetering equipment. If the Customer fails to provide phone and/or electrical service that N

(a) instantaneous MW output at the Point of Delivery; and
(b) Net Output. Commencing on the Commercial Operation Date, Seller shall also transmit or cause to be transmitted to or make accessible to PacifiCorp any other data from the Facility that Seller receives on a real time basis, including meteorological data, solar exposure data and Net Output data. Such real time data shall be provided to or be made accessible to PacifiCorp on the same basis on which Seller receives the data (e.g., if Seller receives the data in four second intervals, PacifiCorp shall also receive the data in four second intervals).
Telemetering. Seller shall provide telemetering equipment and facilities capable of transmitting the following information concerning the Facility pursuant to the Generation Interconnection Agreement and will operate such equipment when requested by PacifiCorp to indicate:
(a) MW output at the Point of Delivery at intervals required by the Generation Interconnection Agreement
(b) Net Output; and
(c) the Facility’s total generation capacity measured at intervals required by the Generation Interconnection Agreement. Seller shall also transmit to PacifiCorp any other data from the Facility that Seller receives on a real time basis (including but not limited to meteorological data, wind speed data, wind direction data and output data). Seller shall provide such real time data to PacifiCorp on the same basis as the basis on which Seller receives the data (e.g., if Seller receives the data in four second intervals, PacifiCorp shall also receive the data in four second intervals).
Telemetering. Certain telemetry facilities will be provided by Utility pursuant to Exhibit 1 – Scope of Facilities, Subsection 1.3 as a part of the Interconnection Facilities as being necessary for the proper and efficient collection of metering and control data. The cost and maintenance of such telemetry facilities and associated phone lines shall be borne by Applicant.
(a) instantaneous MW output at the Point of Delivery;
(b) Net Output;
(c) Output at the Generating Facility Metering Point; and
(d) the Facility’s total instantaneous generation capacity. Commencing on the date of initial deliveries of Net Output under this Agreement, Seller must also transmit or otherwise make accessible to PacifiCorp any other data from the Facility that Seller receives on a real time basis, including Net Output data.
Seller must provide telemetering equipment and facilities capable of transmitting the following information concerning the Facility pursuant to the Generation Interconnection Agreement and to PacifiCorp on a real-time basis, and will operate such equipment when requested by PacifiCorp to indicate:
(a) instantaneous MW output at the Point of Delivery;
(b) Net Output; and
(c) the Facility’s total instantaneous generation capacity.
