Common use of Cooperation between Licensor and Licensee Clause in Contracts

Cooperation between Licensor and Licensee. In any infringement suit matter, the Parties agree to cooperate fully with each other. At the request of the Party bringing suit, the other Party will permit reasonable access after reasonable advance notice, to all relevant personnel, records, papers, information, samples, specimens, etc., during regular business hours.
