Cooperation During On-Site Reviews. The Contractor shall cooperate with SDOH and LDSS in any on-site review of the MCO's operations. SDOH shall give the Contractor notification of the date(s) and survey format for any full operational review at least forty-five (45) days prior to the site visit. This requirement shall not preclude LDSS or SDOH from site visits upon shorter notice for other monitoring purposes.
