Cooperation in Operation. 6.1.1 No later than ten Days prior to the beginning of each calendar quarter, Purchaser shall provide Seller with a written estimate of its anticipated demand and energy usage during each calendar quarter of the following 12-month period. Such estimates shall not be binding on either party.
