AREA OF OPERATION. This agreement shall operate throughout the State of Western Australia.
AREA OF OPERATION. This agreement shall apply to the operations of the company in the State of Victoria and other projects throughout the Commonwealth of Australia.
AREA OF OPERATION. 1.4.1 For the purpose of this Agreement, the Divisions and Districts will be as follows:
(a) Divisions - Northern Division - That portion of the State along or north of a line commencing at the junction of the east-coast with the 21st parallel of south latitude; then by that parallel of latitude xxx xxxx of 147 degrees of east longitude; then by that meridian of longitude due south of 22 degrees 30 minutes of south latitude; then by that parallel of latitude xxx xxxx to the western border of the State. Mackay Division - That portion of the State within the boundaries commencing at the junction of the sea-coast with the 21st parallel or south latitude; then by that parallel of latitude xxx xxxx to 147 degrees of east longitude; then by the meridian of longitude due south to 22 degrees of south latitude; then by that parallel of latitude due east to the sea- coast; then by the sea-coast northerly to the point of commencement. Southern Division - That portion of the State not included in the Northern or Mackay Divisions.
(b) Districts - Northern Division - Eastern District - That portion of the Northern Division along or east of 144 degrees 30 minutes of east longitude. Western District - The remainder of the Northern Division. Southern Division - Eastern District - That portion of the Southern Division along or east of a line commencing at the junction of the southern border of the State with 150 degrees of east longitude; then by that meridian of longitude due north to 25 degrees of south latitude; then by that parallel of latitude xxx xxxx of 147 degrees of east longitude; then by that meridian of longitude due north to the southern boundary of the Mackay Division. Western District - The remainder of the Southern Division.
AREA OF OPERATION. For the purposes of this Collective Agreement, any areas that the company provides a service.
AREA OF OPERATION. That the principal hereby appoints the agent to be its commission agent for the sale of the FMCG goods as directed by the former in and around the areas of United Arab Emirates and the agent will hereby agrees to act as such sole selling agent in the said area on the terms mentioned hereinafter.
AREA OF OPERATION. The Agreement shall operate in the Central Tablelands Region operations of MPA Energy Services Pty Ltd. This agreement recognises the peculiar circumstances of the Company’s operations in Power Stations in the Central Tablelands Region and it will not be used elsewhere to progress or obtain similar arrangements or benefits in any other plant or enterprise.
AREA OF OPERATION. The Council will operate in Scotland.
AREA OF OPERATION. The renter is to remain in the state of California, operation outside of California will require special approval from the owner of Skyview Aviation, LLC.
AREA OF OPERATION. This Agreement applies to the Simplot plant at Denmark Road, Echuca, only.
AREA OF OPERATION. This agreement shall apply throughout the operations of Co-Operative Bulk Handling Limited.
