Cooperation in Services. 1. Recognizing the growing importance of services in the development and growth of their economies, and in compliance with the WTO General Agreement on Trade in Services (the “GATS”) and within the bounds of their own fields of competence, the Parties will encourage the cooperation with each other in services sectors.
