Cooperation on Employee Communications. Without limiting the generality of any provision in this Agreement, each of TCCC, CCE, Buyer and Seller shall cooperate with the other parties hereto in establishing, as soon as practicable following the date of this Agreement, protocols for communications with the individuals who are expected to become Continuing Employees concerning the nature of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
