Employee Cooperation. Following termination of Employee’s employment, Employee shall cooperate fully with the Company in all matters including, but not limited to, advising the Company of all pending work on behalf of the Company and the orderly transfer of work to other employees or representatives of the Company. Employee shall also cooperate in the defense of any action brought by any third party against the Company that relates in any way to Employee’s acts or omissions while employed by the Company.
Employee Cooperation. You agree to cooperate with the Company and its Affiliates hereafter with respect to all matters arising during or related to your employment, including but not limited to all matters in connection with any governmental investigation, litigation or regulatory or other proceeding which may have arisen or which may arise following the signing of this Agreement. The Company will reimburse your out-of-pocket expenses incurred in complying with Company requests hereunder, provided such expenses are authorized by the Company in advance.
Employee Cooperation. Following any termination of the employment, Employee shall cooperate fully with NAI in all matters relating to completing pending work on behalf of NAI and the orderly transfer of work to other employees of NAI. Employee shall also cooperate in the defense of any action brought by any third party against NAI that relates in any way to Employee’s acts or omissions while employed by NAI.
Employee Cooperation. Following any notice of termination, Employee shall fully cooperate with Corporation in all matters relating to the winding up of Employee’s pending work on behalf of Corporation and the orderly transfer of any such pending work to such other employees of Corporation as may be designated by Corporation. To that end, Corporation shall be entitled to such full time or part time services of Employee as Corporation may reasonably require during all or any part of the period from the time of giving any such notice until the effective date of such termination. Employee further agrees to cooperate with and provide assistance to Corporation and its legal counsel in connection with any litigation (including arbitration or administrative hearings) or investigation affecting Corporation, in which (in the reasonable judgment of Corporation) Employee’s assistance or cooperation is needed. Employee shall, when requested by Corporation, provide testimony or other assistance and shall travel at Corporation’s request in order to fulfill this obligation; provided, however, that, in connection with such litigation or investigation, Corporation shall attempt to accommodate Employee’s schedule, shall provide Employee with reasonable notice in advance of the times in which Employee’s cooperation or assistance is needed, and shall reimburse Employee for any reasonable expenses incurred in connection with such matters.
Employee Cooperation. Following any termination of employment, Employee shall cooperate fully with LBG in all matters relating to completing pending work on behalf of LBG and the orderly transfer of work to other employees of LBG. Employee shall also cooperate in the defense of any action brought by any third party against LBG that relates in any way to Employee's acts or omissions while employed by LBG.
Employee Cooperation. Failure on the part of the employee to timely, as per Section 7, notify the department of any absence for which sick leave is claimed, departure from their home without authorization and/or notification on any day for which sick leave is claimed, and/or the failure to provide medical documentation in a form and manner acceptable to the department head shall result in the denial of sick leave or other disciplinary action as determined by the City Manager or their designee.
Employee Cooperation. As a free and voluntary act, EMPLOYEE agrees after EMPLOYEE’s separation to cooperate at NEWMONT’S expense with any investigations or lawsuits involving NEWMONT on matters where EMPLOYEE had specific knowledge or responsibility. EMPLOYEE will be reimbursed at a rate equal to his or her final base salary computed on an hourly basis. EMPLOYEE shall make himself or herself available at NEWMONT’S expense for any litigation, including specifically, but not exclusively, preparation for depositions and trial. EMPLOYEE will not receive reimbursement for time spent testifying in depositions or trial. EMPLOYEE agrees not to assist or provide information in any litigation against NEWMONT, except as required under law or formal legal process after timely notice is provided to NEWMONT to allow NEWMONT to take legal action with respect to the request for information or assistance. Nothing in this AGREEMENT shall restrict or preclude EMPLOYEE from, or otherwise influence EMPLOYEE in, testifying fully and truthfully in legal or administrative proceedings against NEWMONT, as required by law or formal legal process.
Employee Cooperation. Delivery of municipal services in the most efficient, effective and courteous manner is of paramount importance to the City of Avon Park. Accordingly, AFSCME agrees that it will instruct its members to work diligently in order that the services performed meet the above standards.
Employee Cooperation. The Union agrees that employees will adhere to all Company procedures and policies and other Government regulatory provisions as required.
Employee Cooperation. The employees shall work at all times to the best interest of the Employer; they shall perform efficient service in their work; they shall operate and handle the Employer's vehicles carefully, safely, and with the utmost regard to the safety of passengers, the general public, and the equipment entrusted to their care, operators shall check the bus for minor defects such as all lights, horn, brakes, body damage, destination sign and so forth; they shall operate and handle the Employer's vehicles at all times in full compliance with the rules of the Employer; they shall give the riding public courteous and respectful treatment at all times to the end that the Employer's service may improve and grow; and they shall at all times use their influence and best endeavors to preserve and protect the interest of the Employer and cooperate in the promotion and advancement of the Employer's interest.
