Common use of COOPERATION WITH AUDITS Clause in Contracts

COOPERATION WITH AUDITS. Recipient warrants, represents, and agrees to cooperate fully, without delay, in all audits, inquiries and investigations initiated by or on behalf of the Grantee and/or the State of California concerning or relating to compliance with local, State, or federal air quality laws, or this agreement, including but not limited to timely submission of any and all records requested and full cooperation with any on-site inspections.
