Cooperation with Other Utilities. When undertaking a project of undergrounding, the Town and the Company shall coordinate with other utilities or companies which have their facilities above ground to attempt to have all facilities undergrounded as part of the same project. When other utilities or companies are placing their facilities underground, the Company shall cooperate with these utilities and companies and undertake to underground Company facilities as part of the same project where feasible.

Cooperation with Other Utilities. When undertaking a project of under- grounding, the Town and United Power shall work with other utilities or companies which have their lines overhead to attempt to have all lines under-grounded as part of the same project. When other utilities or companies such as cable television and telephone companies or other utilities with overhead Facilities embark upon a program of underground construction where United Power has overhead Facilities, United Power will cooperate with these utilities and companies and undertake to underground United Power Facilities as part of the same project at no cost to the Town. United Power shall not be required to pay for the cost of under-grounding the Facilities of other companies or the Town.

Stat., to cooperate with Florida Housing’s Inspector General in any investigation, audit, inspection, review, or hearing. Grantee will comply with this duty and ensure that any contracts issued under this Agreement impose this requirement, in writing, on its subcontractors.
