Common use of Cooperation With Subtenant Clause in Contracts

Cooperation With Subtenant. Landlord shall cooperate and make available to Subtenant the signage rights on the floors on which the Premises are located, and building lobby directory rights, which Landlord has heretofore granted to Tenant pursuant to the Lease as same relate to the Subleased Premises. Tenant, by its execution of this Agreement, acknowledges and agrees that Subtenant shall be permitted to the signage and lobby directory rights and privileges that Tenant otherwise would have pursuant to the Lease if Tenant were occupying the Subleased Premises. Subtenant, by this Agreement or otherwise, shall not be granted any right Tenant may have to install any Building Standard Ground Floor Lobby Identification Signage.
