Cooperation with Successor Concessionaire. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, Company agrees to cooperate fully with the Aviation Authority and with all successor concessionaires to ensure a smooth transition from Company to such successor concessionaires and to provide continuity of first-class services to the traveling public.
