COOPERATION WITH THIRD PARTIES. The Contractor and its Subcontractors must cooperate with Xxxxxxx County and its agents and other contractors, including Xxxxxxx County's quality assurance personnel. The Contractor must provide reasonable access to its personnel, systems, and facilities related to the contract to the extent that access will not interfere with or jeopardize the safety or operation of the systems or facilities.
