a Copying. The Vendor shall make available the number of copies of documentation which the Customer requests, against payment according to Appendices 5 and 8. The documentation should preferably be in Norwegian. It shall be dated, and be the latest available updated version. In the event that any documentation is not in Norwegian, its language shall be explicitly specified in Appendix 5. The Customer may produce copies for his own use, to the extent that the Vendor cannot provide this. Such copies are free of charge.

  • Copying The Content Protection System shall prohibit recording of protected content onto recordable or removable media, except as such recording is explicitly allowed elsewhere in this agreement.

  • Telephone Expenses 1. The State shall pay nine dollars ($9.00) of the basic monthly charge when an employee is specifically required by the State to have a telephone in his or her residence, unless the telephone is provided by the State, whether as a cell phone or other device with telephonic capability that functions to the State’s satisfaction at the member’s residence. These payments shall be made on a semiannual basis in January and July and shall be prorated for those employees who become eligible or terminate State service between the semiannual payments.

  • Cell Phones The College follows the State’s Cell Phone Policy. Employees who receive cell phones from the College shall also abide by this Policy. The College shall provide the Policy to any employee who is given a cell phone. Employees are responsible for the cost of all personal calls. While the College anticipates some incidental personal use of cell phones, it is also expected that such use is infrequent.

  • Network Etiquette You are expected to abide by the generally accepted rules of network etiquette. These include but are not limited to the following:

  • Etiquette 7.1 Content must be appropriate, civil and tasteful, and accord with generally accepted standards of etiquette and behaviour on the internet.

  • Contact Tracing While the employees are on the job site, Producers may require that employees participate in systems that enable contact tracing, such as use of a “punch card” system to record the employee’s location throughout the day or by means of electronic devices (e.g., phone “apps” or wearable electronic devices that track the movement or location of a person or which detect when a person wearing the device comes into close contact with another person wearing the device). Producers may require employees to sign documentation consenting to the use of such electronic devices in contact tracing. In the event that a Producer uses electronic devices for contact tracing, it may access information collected from those devices only for purposes of tracing individuals that the employee has been in contact with during working hours when there has been a COVID- 19-related event, or for purposes of managing and enforcing social distancing protocols.
