COOPERATIVE PROGRAMS. Affiliated Chapters shall be entitled to participate in cooperative programs sponsored by GCSAA. A list of current chapter programs shall be made available to chapter leaders and executives upon request.
COOPERATIVE PROGRAMS. Any program con- ducted jointly by the State of Hawaii and any Fed- eral agency under this subsection that in any way af- fects the mail or the postal system of the United States shall comply with postal regulations and shall be conducted under terms and conditions acceptable to the Postal Service.
COOPERATIVE PROGRAMS. The District agrees to involve the teachers in planning cooperative agreements and in developing new programs that will maintain or expand educational opportunities for students. The District also agrees to consider job security of District employees as a factor in implementing such agreements and/or programs. The teachers’ Exclusive Representative will be provided membership in an advisory capacity on any committees and/or study groups established by the District to explore cooperative efforts between the District and other Districts.

COOPERATIVE PROGRAMS. The basic means of cooperation between the Ministry and the Department will be implemented through the following programs:
COOPERATIVE PROGRAMS. PYRAMID may propose promotional and/or advertising programs to stimulate sales of PRODUCTS in the TERRITORY, with costs to be shared equally by PYRAMID and WHOLESALER (“Cooperative Programs”). WHOLESALER will evaluate proposed Cooperative Programs in its good faith business judgment and timely respond to such proposals with respect to its participation, and shall cooperate fully in execution of those Cooperative Programs in which it agrees to participate.
COOPERATIVE PROGRAMS. KEI’s cooperative programs are co-branded (i.e. “Xxxxxxxxx’x Black Experience in London Program”, “WSU Cougs in Beijing”) with a university in the U.S.
COOPERATIVE PROGRAMS. The Cooperative may from time to time provide to Members, Cooperative Programs generally described, but not limited, as follows:
(a) Development and implementation of a cooperative program for the coordinated acquisition of generating facilities or joint contracting for the procurement of energy from generating facilities, including renewable energy facilities financially supported by the state and federal government, on behalf of the Members, and the provision of related services.
(b) Development and implementation of a cooperative program for the coordinated purchase and management of natural gas, either aggregately or separately, for and on behalf of the Members, and the provision of related services.
(c) Development and implementation of a cooperative program for the coordinated purchase and management of deregulated electricity, either aggregately or separately, for and on behalf of the Members, and the provision of related services to such entities.
(d) Development and implementation of a cooperative program for the coordinated implementation and management of energy conservation project contracting and financing, either aggregately or separately, for and on behalf of Members, and the provision of related services to such entities.
COOPERATIVE PROGRAMS. Affiliated Chapters shall be entitled to participate in programs sponsored by FACES. A list of current chapter programs shall be made available to chapter leaders, annually. Chapter programs include, but are not limited to: education, advocacy, collaboration, and support, media/public relations, membership, scholarships, speakers’ bureau, and strategic planning.
