Exclusive Representative Rights. 1. The rights and privileges of the Northern Xxxxxx Federation of Teachers (NTFT) and its representatives as set forth in this Article shall be granted exclusively to the NTFT as to any other school employee organization.

G. No later than sixty (60) calendar days after ratification of the said contract, the District shall provide, at its expense, ten (10) hard copies to the Chapter President. In addition, the contract will be made available on the District website and bargaining unit members may request a hard copy via email to the Human Resources Department. Additional copies shall be printed and made available to newly-hired bargaining unit employees in this unit during the term of this contract. Bargaining Unit Employees can utilize District computers and upon request will be provided a user pass-code in order to access the District website, email, CSEA contract, and any other employee information. Access is to be used before work, during lunch break/rest breaks, and after work. H. Exclusive Representative Rights. 1. Northern Xxxxxx Federation of Teachers (NTFT) and its representatives shall have the right to use school mailboxes within each school for distribution of mail within that school, a teacher bulletin board(s) which are designated by the School Corporation, and school facilities or buildings shall be available for use after scheduling approval by the building principal. The NTFT’s use of school facilities shall not interfere with school-related activities nor any previously scheduled activity in the school facility. 2. The NTFT shall have the right to use any equipment generally available for faculty use, including computers, typewriters, duplicating equipment, and all types of audiovisual equipment. Consumable supplies for these machines must be provided by the NTFT. The use of such equipment is subject to the scheduling approval of the building principal and its use shall not interfere with instructional use or previously scheduled use of the equipment. 3.   • Appointment of Representatives 11.01 The Employer acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint employees as Union Representatives.   • Appointment of Representative (a) Selection Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default, a single representative shall be appointed to represent all of the Holders (the “Representative”). The Representative (i) may, but need not, be a Holder; (ii) shall not be affiliated with or related to the Company; and (iii) shall be selected by the Holders as follows: 1. For a period of up to twenty (20) business days following the Notice of Default, the Holders shall confer among themselves as to the appointment of a Representative. 2. If at any time during such twenty (20) day period, the Holders of a majority of the Notes, measured by the original Principal Amount of each such Note (a “Majority”), agree as to the appointment of a Representative, that person shall be the Representative.
