Coordination, Oversight and Monitoring of Service Providers As set forth in the Administrative Services Agreement between the Fund and CRMC, CRMC shall coordinate, monitor and oversee the activities performed by the Service Providers with which AFS contracts. AFS shall monitor Service Providers’ provision of services including the delivery of Customer account statements and all Fund-related material, including summary prospectuses and/or prospectuses, shareholder reports, and proxies.

RELATIONSHIP WITH DIRECTORS Directors, officers and employees of the Advisor or an Affiliate of the Advisor may serve as Directors, officers or employees of the Company, except that no director, officer or employee of the Advisor or its Affiliates who also is a Director shall receive any compensation from the Company for serving as a Director other than reasonable reimbursement for travel and related expenses incurred in attending meetings of the Board.
Agreements with Other Service Providers Each Fund hereby appoints FSSC as the Fund’s agent to enter into agreements with financial intermediaries that are not registered as broker/dealers under the 1934 Act (each an “Unregistered Intermediary”) to provide Services to their customers that are Shareholders of the Fund. Stock Plan Administration Service Providers The Company transfers participant data to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, an independent service provider based in the United States, which assists the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan. In the future, the Company may select a different service provider and share the Participant’s data with another company that serves in a similar manner. The Company’s service provider will open an account for the Participant to receive and trade Shares. The Participant will be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the service provider, which is a condition to the Participant’s ability to participate in the Plan.
Third Party Service Providers Unless otherwise prohibited by Apple in the Documentation or this Agreement, You are permitted to employ or retain a third party (“Service Provider”) to assist You in using the Apple Software and Services provided pursuant to this Agreement, including, but not limited to, engaging any such Service Provider to maintain and administer Your Applications’ servers on Your behalf, provided that any such Service Provider’s use of the Apple Software and Services or any materials associated therewith is done solely on Your behalf and only in accordance with these terms. Notwithstanding the foregoing, You may not use a Service Provider to submit an Application to the App Store or use TestFlight on Your behalf. You agree to have a binding written agreement with Your Service Provider with terms at least as restrictive and protective of Apple as those set forth herein. Any actions undertaken by any such Service Provider in relation to Your Applications or use of the Apple Software or Apple Services and/or arising out of this Agreement shall be deemed to have been taken by You, and You (in addition to the Service Provider) shall be responsible to Apple for all such actions (or any inactions). In the event of any actions or inactions by the Service Provider that would constitute a violation of this Agreement or otherwise cause any harm, Apple reserves the right to require You to cease using such Service Provider.

Contents of File: Each file must contain sufficient and legible documentation. Documents must be secured within the file and must be organized systematically.
Service Providers Provider shall enter into written agreements with all Service Providers performing functions pursuant to this Agreement, whereby the Service Providers agree to protect Student Data in manner no less stringent than the terms of this DPA. Labour Management Meetings The committee meeting shall normally be held every second month however, either party may call a meeting of the Joint Labour Management Committee. The meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initial request, unless mutually agreed.
