Common use of Coordinated Environmental Plans and Permits Clause in Contracts

Coordinated Environmental Plans and Permits. BellSouth and Network Telephone will coordinate plans, permits or information required to be submitted to government agencies, such as emergency response plans, spill prevention control and countermeasures (SPCC) plans and community reporting. If fees are associated with filing, BellSouth and Network Telephone will develop a cost sharing procedure. If BellSouth’s permit or EPA identification number must be used, Network Telephone must comply with all of BellSouth’s permit conditions and environmental processes, including environmental “best management practices (BMP)” (see Section 2, below) and/or selection of BST disposition vendors and disposal sites.
