POT Bays. BellSouth’s Florida specific rates were established in the Florida Public Service Commission Docket No. 960833. The Commission did not set permanent rates for POT Bays, given the assumption by the Parties to the Proceeding that they will always provide their own POT Bays. It will be necessary for NOS Communications, Inc. to provide its own POT Bays per BellSouth specifications and provide the necessary information from which BellSouth can inventory.

Cable records charges apply for work required to build cable records in company systems. The VG/DS0 per cable record charge is for a maximum of 3600 records. The Fiber cable record charge is for a maximum of 99 records. The initial charge applies when the cables are first installed and inventoried. The subsequent charge applies when additional cables are installed and inventoried at the same location.
