Coordinated Repair Calls. Level 3 and BA will employ the following procedures for handling misdirected repair calls: 18.2.1 Level 3 and BA will educate their respective Customers as to the correct telephone numbers to call in order to access their respective repair bureaus. 18.2.2 To the extent Party A is identifiable as the correct provider of service to Customers that make misdirected repair calls to Party B, Party B will immediately refer the Customers to the telephone number provided by Party A, or to an information source that can provide the telephone number of Party A, in a courteous manner and at no charge. In responding to misdirected repair calls, neither Party shall make disparaging remarks about the other Party, its services, rates, or service quality. 18.2.3 Xxxxx 0 and BA will provide their respective repair contact numbers to one another on a reciprocal basis.
