Coordinated Repair Calls. MFN and BA will employ the following procedures for handling misdirected repair calls: 18.2.1 MFN and BA will educate their respective Customers as to the correct telephone numbers to call in order to access their respective repair bureaus. 18.2.2 To the extent Party A is identifiable as the correct provider of service to Customers that make misdirected repair calls to Party B, Party B will immediately refer the Customers to the telephone number provided by Party A, or to an information source that can provide the telephone number of Party A, in a courteous manner and at no charge. In responding to misdirected repair calls, neither Party shall make disparaging remarks about the other Party, its services, rates, or service quality. 18.2.3 MFN and BA will provide their respective repair contact numbers to one another on a reciprocal basis.
