Common use of Coordinated Transfer of Service Activities Clause in Contracts

Coordinated Transfer of Service Activities. There will be no premium charges between the Parties or compensation provided by one Party to the other Party for the coordinated transfer of service activities between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday excluding holidays. Frontier may charge Carrier for the coordinated transfer of service activities scheduled outside of the specified hours in accordance with Frontier’s tariff.
