The Parties agree to the following with respect to transmission and generation Outage coordination. 7.1.1 Exchange of Transmission and Generation Outage Schedule Data. Upon a Party’s request, the projected status of generation and transmission availability will be communicated between the Parties, subject to data confidentiality agreements. All available information regardless of scheduled date will be shared. The Parties shall exchange the most current information on proposed Outage information and provide a timely response on potential impacts of proposed Outages. 7.1.2 Evaluation and Coordination of Transmission and Generation Outages. The Parties will utilize network applications to analyze planned critical facility maintenance to determine its effects on the reliability of the transmission system. Each Party’s Outage analysis will consider the impact of its critical Outages on the other Party’s system reliability, in addition to its own. The analysis will include, as a minimum, an evaluation of contingencies, including potential real or reactive power concerns, voltage analysis and real and reactive power reserve analysis.
