Coordination Mechanism. 36.1 The Parties shall set up the Coordination Mechanism by designating representatives from the competent authorities of the territories to provide assistance in the resolution of any incidents or activities relating to investors and their investments.
36.2 In the event of any such incidents or activities referred to in the previous paragraph, upon request from the investor to its respective Party, such Party shall task the Coordination Mechanism to meet, in an appropriate manner, within thirty (30) days of such request for the purpose of addressing such incidents or activities.
Coordination Mechanism. 7.1. In furtherance of a sound and orderly development of the insurance sales agency business specified herein, Party A and Party B shall together establish a coordination mechanism for the sales agency business.
7.2. Party A and Party B shall together establish coordination committees for intra-agency business at the headquarters, branch offices at the provincial and regional levels, with subordinate execution teams, being responsible for preparing and reviewing significant policies, systems and implementation plans in relation to the sales agency business, and coordinating on relevant important issues.
Coordination Mechanism. 1. The Parties agree to nominate TBT Coordinators and to give appropriate information to the other Party when their TBT Coordinator changes. The TBT Coordinators shall work jointly in order to facilitate the implementation of this Chapter and cooperation between the Parties in all matters pertaining to this Chapter.
2. The Coordinator's functions shall include:
(a) monitoring the implementation and administration of this Chapter, promptly addressing any issue that either Party raises related to the development, adoption, application or enforcement of standards, technical regulations and conformity assessment procedures, and upon either Party's request, consulting on any matter arising under this Chapter;
(b) enhancing cooperation in the development and improvement of standards, technical regulations and conformity assessment procedures;
(c) arranging the establishment of regulatory dialogues as appropriate in accordance with Article 4.3;
(d) arranging the establishment of working groups, which may include or consult with non-governmental experts and stakeholders as mutually agreed by the Parties;
(e) exchanging information on developments in non-governmental, regional and multilateral fora related to standards, technical regu- lations and conformity assessment procedures; and
(f) reviewing this Chapter in light of any developments under the TBT Agreement.
3. The Coordinators shall communicate with one another by any agreed method that is appropriate for the efficient and effective discharge of their functions.
Coordination Mechanism. 1. ASEAN and UN shall maintain and hold regular consultations on issues and activities of strategic importance for the purposes of furthering and facilitating the effective achievement of the objectives they have in common and of ensuring the greatest possible coordination of activities, as agreed, with a view to maximizing complementarity and mutual support.
2. To this end, the Organisations shall decide to set up appropriate structures, as and when necessary.
Coordination Mechanism. The Parties shall nominate equal number of "Official Representatives" in capacity as members of the “Services Coordination Committee". The Committee will meet periodically but not less than once in a quarter of a calendar year, to review status of service delivery under this Agreement. The Committee will take all such steps at the operational level which are deemed necessary to make health care service delivery efficient, transparent and effective. It will also suggest to the concerned authorities any remedial action required at policy level if and when needed to meet objectives of this Agreement.
Coordination Mechanism. 4.1 The Project activities will be implemented under the guidance of the Project Management Unit (PMU) to be composed of representatives of FAO and IMELS. Technical supervision will be assigned to FAO.
4.2 The PMU will monitor and report the implementation of activities and will be in coordination with the Joint Committee between IMELS and MENPRD.
4.3 The Project Management Unit will meet on regularly basis.
Coordination Mechanism. The Parties shall be in cooperation to review the implementation of this Agreement and make their best efforts to address other matters related to this Agreement identified by the Parties.
Coordination Mechanism. The Parties agree that each will establish an appeal system for crew and shipowners, as well as a mechanism for handling emergent incidents concerning cross-strait crew cooperation, and will guide management main bodies in resolving crew disputes and emergent incidents. In the event that a major safety incident or other such situation occurs, the Parties shall promptly notify each other, and take joint measures to handle the situation properly. In addition, the Parties will deal strictly with the management main bodies that act in violation of this Agreement.
Coordination Mechanism. 1. In implementing this MOU, the Parties shall be committed to coordinating and consulting closely with each other.
2. The parties will appoint their representatives constituting a Steering committee. The mandate of the committee shall be determined in Annex 4.
3. The Steering committee shall meet at least every three months to consider the conditions of implementation and the progress of the assistance program as well as the progress of the return of individuals referred to in Article 2.1.b.
