Consultative Mechanism. The parties agree that a precondition for the effective operation of the Agreement is the establishment of consultative mechanisms with the Company. To this end, a Consultative Committee, comprising of Company appointed representatives and employee elected representatives should be established and maintained. Officers of the Union shall have a standing invitation to attend any such meeting. The purpose of the Consultative Committee shall be to consult, develop, recommend and assist to implement strategies and measures designed to achieve the objectives outlined under Clause 4 of this Agreement.
Consultative Mechanism. For the development of policy on food regulation and to seek input and advice from ‘Stakeholders’ the Ministerial Council has established a flexible approach to consultation, known as the Consultative Mechanism. The Consultative Mechanism was established in accordance with the processes agreed by the Parties and set out in the Principles and Protocols document published on the food regulation website, xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xx.
Consultative Mechanism. The parties agree that the effective operation of this Agreement is dependent on the continuation of the established consultative structures within the workplace. The principle consultative structure is the Single Bargaining Unit.
Consultative Mechanism a) The Company will establish and maintain a Consultative Committee as a forum for effective communication between the parties.
b) It is not the objective of parties to this clause that the committee would over- ride the function and responsibilities of management or the Union.
c) The Consultative Committee will be made up of an equal number of management representatives and Employee representatives elected by the Employees. Elections for Employee representatives must occur every 12 months or earlier if requested by a majority of Employees.
d) The Company will extend an invitation to the Union to attend each consultative committee meeting.
e) The principle purpose of this Committee will be to:
(i) Monitor the implementation of the terms of this Agreement;
(ii) Assist in the process of workplace reform through consultation;
(iii) Ensure Employees are properly consulted in respect of issues impacting on their wages, working conditions and job security;
(iv) Monitor, discuss, develop and or recommend measures or actions in respect of but not limited to: • Productivity and Competitiveness • Job Security • Work Health and Safety • Rehabilitation of injured Employees • Women in the industry • Skills and training • Implementation of quality assurance • Existing and future work • Removal of restrictive work practices • Environmental protection
f) The Company must facilitate the attendance by a Consultative Committee member, on full pay, at other Company work sites where there is no Consultative Committee member, to provide information which is directly related to the employees and the Company; when required by the Consultative Committee Member. The date and time for the Consultative Committee Member’s attendance will require coordination with and approval of site management on sites affected.
g) The Company must facilitate a meeting of the Consultative Committee at least once every three months.
Consultative Mechanism. During the life of this Agreement, consultation shall occur between employer and employees about: - any changes to the organisation - the performance of work within the organisation
Consultative Mechanism. The parties shall establish and maintain a consultative mechanism and procedures appropriate to the structure and needs of the Agency to consider matters affecting the efficiency and productivity of employees covered by this Industrial Agreement.
Consultative Mechanism. The Norco Co-operative Limited Ice Cream Business Unit shall establish a consultative mechanism and procedures appropriate to its size, structure and needs for consultation and negotiation on matters affecting its efficiency and productivity.

The Consultative Committee shall consist of equal numbers of Company representatives and employee elected representatives. The purpose of the Consultative Committee shall be to develop, recommend and assist to implement strategies and measures designed to achieve the objectives outlined under Clause 4 of this Agreement and more specifically will examine all issues relating to the productivity and efficiency of the construction activities of the Company.
