Coordination of Construction Activities. If any shutdown of plumbing, electrical or air conditioning equipment of the Building becomes necessary during the course of construction of the Tenant Improvements, Tenant shall notify Landlord and Landlord and Tenant shall agree upon when, and upon what conditions, such shutdown may be made in order to cause the least disruption to other tenants in the Building. Any damage to the Building or the Project caused by Tenant or its contractor or subcontractors in connection with the construction of the Tenant Improvements shall be immediately repaired at Tenant’s sole cost and expense.
