SECOND COMPONENT SERVICES. 5. Management of Trade Construction Contracts 5.1 Administration and Coordination of Trade Contracts and Construction. CM shall provide administrative, management, and related services necessary to administer the Trade Contracts and to schedule, sequence, and coordinate the work of the Trade Contractors during the construction phase of the project so that the Owner’s project objectives (including without limitation, budgetary and time objectives) are achieved and that the work of each Trade Contract is completed in strict conformity with the requirements of each Trade Contract. The CM’s responsibilities include without limit: (a) written notice to the Owner of the CM’s intent to issue Notice(s) to Proceed directing commencement of work under the Trade Contracts; (b) scheduling, coordinating and conducting pre- construction and construction meetings; recording, maintaining and distributing minutes thereof; (c) in consultation with the Architect, develop and implement procedures for the submission and processing of Submittals required by each Trade Contract; (d) in consultation with the Owner and the Architect, develop and implement procedures for the handling and disposition of the Trade Contractors’ requests for information or clarifications; (e) establish and implement procedures for the transmittal and receipt of communications, drawings and other information between the Owner, Owner’s Representatives, CM, Architect, Inspector, Test/Inspection services and the Trade Contractors relating to Project construction; assist the Owner in selection and retention of Test/Inspection Service Providers and the Inspector; (f) schedule, sequence and coordinate activities of the Trade Contractors; (g) allocate Site staging and storage areas among the Trade Contractors

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • Services FASC agrees to provide to the Adviser the services indicated in Exhibit A to this Agreement (the “Services”).

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Deliverables Upon satisfactory completion of the work authorization, the Engineer shall submit the deliverables as specified in the executed work authorization to the State for review and acceptance.

  • Subprocessor For the purposes of this DPA, the term “Subprocessor” (sometimes referred to as the “Subcontractor”) means a party other than LEA or Provider, who Provider uses for data collection, analytics, storage, or other service to operate and/or improve its service, and who has access to Student Data.

  • Subprocessors Provider shall enter into written agreements with all Subprocessors performing functions for the Provider in order for the Provider to provide the Services pursuant to the Service Agreement, whereby the Subprocessors agree to protect Student Data in a manner no less stringent than the terms of this DPA.

  • SERVICE REQUIREMENTS FOR REFERRED CLIENTS A. Agent agrees to respond to any communications from a Referred Client within two (2) hours after receipt if such communication is received between 9:00am to 5:00pm local time. For communications received outside of these hours, Agent agrees to respond by 10:00am the next day.

  • Subcontracting 6.1 The Grantee is responsible for the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including in relation to any tasks undertaken by subcontractors.

  • SERVICE LEVELS All service level requirements will be set forth in Exhibit A (“XXXX.xxx Referral Service Level Requirements”). Recipient Xxxxxx agrees to adhere, and encourage Recipient Agent’s adherence, with the version of the XXXX.xxx Referral Service Level Requirements in effect at the time XXXX.xxx identifies the Referral to Recipient Broker/Agent.

  • GUARANTEED DISPLAY REFERRAL FEE WAIVERS XXXX.xxx offers a paid featured agent program referred to as “Guaranteed Display.” This paid product provides the following Referral Fee benefits to the Recipient Broker/Agent: • If a closing results from a lead originated during the time, and in the zip code, that the Recipient Broker/Agent was an active Guaranteed Display sponsor, the referral fee will be discounted from the standard 35% to 30%. • If a closing results from a lead originated during the time, and in the zip code, that the Recipient Broker/Agent was an active Guaranteed Display sponsor, and if XXXX.xxx was not responsible for brokering an appointment between the Referred Client and the Recipient Broker/ Agent, the referral fee will be waived entirely to 0%. To qualify for this Referral Fee waiver, Recipient Broker/Agent must update the Referral Status in the XXXX.xxx Agent Portal (xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxx.xxx) to reflect the property has been listed prior to XXXX.xxx indicating that an appointment has been set.
