Common use of Coordination of Medical Affairs Activities Clause in Contracts

Coordination of Medical Affairs Activities. The Parties recognize that each Party may benefit from the coordination of certain Medical Affairs activities for the License Products inside and outside of the Territory. Accordingly, the Parties shall coordinate such activities through the subcommittee established by the JSC to oversee the Medical Affairs activities under this Agreement where appropriate.
